Eternal Blue Sky Acupuncture now accepts insurance for acupuncture patients. In order to better serve you we can verify your insurance benefits before your appointment. Below you will find a link where you can fill out your insurance information and send it in for a confirmation of benefits. It takes approximately two business days for the verification of benefits to be sent to our office.
